To understand Team work first we need to know and understand what is a team? Team and Team work everyone mus have heard these words but seldom people understand them most of the time I have seen n known people giving more focus to their individual interests unless they are not messes up big time in something. Than they will think about team and will cry for help. To be honest of my personal professional experience till date, I have seen many of these...anyway This is not what I am writing on. This does not mean that the individual is no longer important; however, it does mean that effective and efficient teamwork goes beyond individual accomplishments. The most effective teamwork is produced when all the individuals involved .
Team & Team work: Teamwork is a joint action by two or more people or a group, in which each person contributes with different skills and Express his or her individual interests and opinions to the unity and efficiency of the group in order to achieve common goals.
Take an layman example it could be lame for you but this makes perfect sense too. In India people have rice at least once a day everyday and some curry or may be veg will go with it. So if we eat Rice without any curry it will taste plain or I should say tasteless anytime you eat it it's same and have it's own individual taste n aroma. But as soon as you add curry to it you have all the different kind of taste in your mouth , you can taste rice, herbs, meat, veg, all different kinds of ingredients all at same time this increase your satisfaction level as you had a great food which one cannot have by eating plain rice. and this is synergy all compliment each other nothing will overpower each other. For me this is a perfect example of teamwork and team.
Now I want to write about our team and our teamwork. Our team is AWARD WINNERS team...
I am working with one of the or I will say The Best team, we all compliment each other someone is having People management skills , one is good in Tools n process, one is good in communication skills, one is good in customer management we all have our individual expertise, we just gel together and handle whatever issue or problem come our way. We all are spread on different geographical regions but still we work as a team and all are ready to chip in and help each other no matter what kind of issue one is facing, we always have a great Teamwork going for us. As above indicated on individuals as a team we are collection of different individuals with their knowledge n skills cover each other weakness and working on a common goal and vision that is achieve or exceed our customer expectations.

1: Our Boss he is one of the best person I have ever worked with he is just amazing and awesome always in control of everything around always covers for us Honest with sharing whatever is going around. Just awesome, cool , calm, always in command. He is my role model professionally.
2: M : wow this lady is amazing she got all the knowledge of tools n process and if she don't have she will dig it out and make it work, Her resilience and commitment is just amazing. Mind it she is never afraid of throwing her feeling out and let you know what she feels, Very expressive always doing the right things. Yes she messes up too sometime Big time hahaha.. But she will be the first one to admit it and I like her for her attitude.She is awesome She is one of my Fav in the team and it's also because of her we have achieved many a success together. Hats off to her...!!
3: English Guy : I mean this person have always worked great things he has extraordinary customer management skills , I have been with him in many a meetings the way he handles customer and with the gratitude it's just unbelievable and impeccable. I have seen many time meeting starting with irate and dissatisfied customer but ending in with satisfied customer. He knows what he is talking about you name it he will make sure that we are on the win win situation all time. I share a personal rapport with him he is also a great friend to me. Always advised me to do the right thing right way first time. If I messes up something he was there to fix it. He is simply great he has his distinct style of doing things and to be honest customer like him too.
4: Me: Well I am the newest and least skilled person in team but I am learning from my team my team always make sure that I am out of danger from any mess. being it Boss, M.A or English guy. All cover up for me .So I am the luckiest one.
I love our team respect all individuals in our team and our team is the best we have proven it and will keep doing so in coming times..
